Enrolment Fee

An Enrolment Fee of $40 applies to ALL Students every calendar year.

Class Fee Packages

Class Fees are calculated Per Family based on the number of classes taken per week.

1 Class - $19 per week

2 Classes - $38 per week

3 Classes - $55 per week

4 Classes - $72 per week

5 Classes - $88 per week

6 Classes - $104 per week

7 Classes - $120 per week

Additional Classes for Families: + $15 per class per week

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of Enrolment

Enrolment is presumed for the full calendar year and fees will continue to be charged until Footloose Performance Studios is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
To withdraw from a class, two weeks notice must be provided in writing to [email protected]. Normal class fees will be charged if less than two week's notice is provided.
All classes are charged by the Term and are payable by AutoPay in weekly instalments. All clients will be required to set up AutoPay with a valid Credit Card upon enrolment.
If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via Credit Card at the Studio or via manual Bank Transfer. THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY INSTALMENTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM.
Clients will be notified if their AutoPay is unsuccessful. Students will not be able to continue participating in classes if the AutoPay fails for 2 consecutive weeks until the balance is paid.
Students will not be able to participate in any Footloose Performance Studios events if their account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
Footloose Performance Studios reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
Credits & Refunds will not be given for missed classes.
Make-up classes are not available.
A non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $40 per student is required to secure your child’s place in our classes.
Photos and videos will be taken of students during classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops and studio social events. By enrolling you understand and give permission for these photos and videos to be used for advertising and promotional purposes including, but not limited to, use on the studio website, e-newsletters, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms and web directories.

Performance Fees

Non-Refundable Costume Fees of $100 per class will apply and will be payable as 4 x $25 Instalments.
A non-refundable Performance Levy of $60 per family will apply and will be payable in 4 x $15 instalments. All Families will receive a complimentary copy of the Professional Performance Video & Photos.
Performance & Costume Instalments will be charged on 28/2, 23/5, 15/8, 31/10. Students who enrol after an instalment date will be charged the instalment amounts prior to their enrolment with their first week of class fees.
While we do our best, it cannot be guaranteed that dancers / siblings who enrol in multiple classes will have all their classes featuring in the same end of year performance.

AutoPay Terms

By enrolling your child in our classes you understand and agree to the following:

I am responsible for entering and updating my credit card details when necessary.
I authorise that Footloose Performance Studios has permission to debit fees weekly from my credit card and understand that these fees will be charged on the FRIDAY of each week during Term Time.
I understand Performance & Costume fees will be charged as instalments throughout the year.
I will be notified when my AutoPay is unsuccessful and if it fails 2 consecutive weeks I understand my child will not be able to participate in classes and any.
Footloose Performance Studios events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
I understand 2 weeks notice in writing must be given if I wish to withdraw my child from classes and that fees will be charged if less than 2 weeks notice is provided.
